What should I bring on the tour?
We recommend bringing sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, a water bottle, and a camera to capture the beautiful scenery. Don't forget your swimsuit if you plan to take a swim. Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are also advised.

Are the tours suitable for all ages?
For all off road tours, there is an age restriction of 7 years and above. For tours without off road experiences, Sunny Jeeps can provide a child seat for children under 7 years of age.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the tour?
Our tours operate rain or shine, as long as it is safe to do so. In case of severe weather conditions, we may need to reschedule or cancel the tour. We will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or an alternative date. Safety is our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

What is included in the tour price?
The tour price includes pick up and drop off from your accommodation in the Noosa region, an experienced guide, all necessary permits and entry fees, and light refreshments. Some tours may also include lunch or additional activities. Please refer to the specific tour details for more information.

What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour will not be eligible. No-shows will be charged the full tour price.
